3 Months and Leah's First Road Trip!

Leah was 3 months this past Tuesday (March 20th) and the following day she took her very first road trip to Richmond, Kentucky! More about our little adventure in a few minutes, but first, here are Leah's 3 month pictures:

Her infamous scowl

Trying to do a sit-up

There's her smile!

Pretty little Leah

Help mom! I've fallen and I can't get up!

Here is a picture of me at 3 months and following are a few pictures of Leah wearing the very same outfit I wore. It is amazing to me that she can wear the same thing outside in March that I wore in July...we are loving the 80 degree weather!

My 3 month picture (July 11, 1985)
Leah's 3 month birthday (March 20, 2012)

I added this picture because it is the second time in 1 week she is flashing a sideways peace sign with her right hand (look back at the picture of her and Brian watching the IU game). I hope she is not in a secret gang.

Outfit with the top off (that sounds a little scandalous, sorry)

Hmmmm, I wonder if they know I have a dirty diaper

Like I mentioned earlier, we also took a road trip to Kentucky last week. Brian had to go on a business trip so my mom, Bethany, and I decided to take Leah to see great Aunt Lisa, Uncle Ron, and cousin Kendra. Leah is a great little traveler...she slept the whole 3.5 hour trip except when we stopped for her lunch break. We had a great time relaxing and visiting with everyone!

Are we there yet? If not, I'm very mad you woke me up!

Playing with Aunt Lisa, Kendra and Grandma

She loves her Bumbo...and it matches her pajamas!

She also loves her cousin Kendra

Give me the brownie!!! (I'm afraid she has inherited Grandma's chocolate addiction)

Snuggling with her aunts before bed

Have a great week and happy Spring!

Love,
Lindsay

  1. She's so beautiful! I'm counting down until I get to meet her! I love the 3 month pictures. Also, she looks so much like Brian, but especially in that picture of her staring at the chocolate cake! Haha!
